Fish Crisp

I am the worst avid fisherman on the face of the earth. Well, perhaps the second. I’m sure there would be at least one person worse than me. Nevertheless, when I finally catch a fish on some small lake or river in the back country I’m going to fry that bad boy up all dressed in this amazing dry rub.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp. mustard powder
  • 2 tsp. Herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp. tapioca flour
  • 2 tbsp. almond flour
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together well. Store in an air tight glass jar. I'd say use it within six months but it's basically shake and bake so it will last a while.
