Ingredients
  • ¼ cup crushed dried onion powder
  • 4 tsp. crushed dried vegetable flakes*
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. dried orange peel (or lemon)
  • 2 tsp. fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried savoury
  • 1⁄2 tsp. Herbs de Provence
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1⁄2 tsp. cumin
  • 1⁄2 tsp. coriander
  • 1⁄2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1⁄4 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 dash crushed dried rosemary
Directions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Store the spice blend in an air tight container or a sealed shaker bottle.
* Dehydrated potato, carrot, onion, cabbage, green pepper, leek and red pepper.
